We also want you to know that we have always taken guest health and safety very seriously and have always had a very strict cleaning and sanitizing policy in place to protect your health. You should also know that a typical hotel cleaning staff has at most about 15 minutes to completely clean and sanitize a guest room. But at a B&B you will find much more attention to detail. Cleaning typically spends between 60 to 90 minutes per room, cleaning and sanitizing after every guest turnover.
We’ve recently updated our cleaning policies to provide even more assurance that your health will be protected during your stay. Here is a summary of our current cleaning and sanitizing policies. This is by no means comprehensive, but meant to show you some of the expanded sanitizing processes used:
For certain special emergency cases when we remain open, we will offer a cancellation plan where any deposits or prepayments will be transferable to a future reservation anytime within the next 12 months, with no penalty or fees. These cases include the following emergency situations:
For any other case where Sweet Autumn Inn has been closed by choice or circumstance we will offer every impacted guest either a full refund, a rebooking at a nearby lodging or full credit of their deposit/prepayments towards any future reservation without expiration (our choice). Rest assured your reservation and willingness to rebook is very important to us.
For anyone with reservations having check-in dates before March 31st, 2020 who is originating from any of the following areas (China, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, South Korea); who are under local quarantine as imposed by local authorities; or have been to an affected area and have been denied entry to the US we will waive all cancellation fees and offer a full refund.
